Yes, we provide a complete set of biodegradable utensils, plates and napkins, excluding disposable plastic placemats. If you require placemats, they are available upon request for an additional cost of $1.00 ($1.09 with GST) each.

In accordance with recommended food safety practices, we do not provide takeaway boxes or containers for leftover food. To ensure optimal quality and consumption, we advise consuming food within four hours of it being cooked at our kitchen, as per guidelines set by the Singapore Food Agency (SFA).

Kryston’s Buffet Menu, featuring a full setup with warmers, is available for orders of 30 pax or more. For orders of less than 30 guests, the Classic and Elegant Menus are available with an additional surcharge of $4 per person for 25 pax.

Kryston accommodates groups of 10 or more pax. For gatherings of 10 to 30 pax, we recommend our Mini Feasts, conveniently served in microwavable trays and delivered ready-to-eat.

Kryston delivers from 7:45am to 7:30pm (15mins per slot) throughout the year. Our standard delivery times are as follows:
• Catering Menus with Rice & Noodles: begins at 8:30am
• High Tea Menus : begins at 7:45am
In view of the unpredictable weather & traffic conditions, we seek your understanding if the delivery time is +/- 30 minutes from the stipulated delivery time

Buffet Catering setups are collected 4 hours post-delivery or by 10:30pm, whichever comes first.

Standard buffet setups are done between 30 minutes to 1 hour. For more detailed setups, this might change, the Kryston team will inform you accordingly.

Deliveries to venues lacking direct lift access or loading bay incur surcharges due to the additional manpower and logistics required for buffet setup.

Payment Related Questions

Kryston accepts credit cards (Mastercard/ Visa) and PayNow. Please note credit card payments have a 3% administrative fee.

Please note that a cancellation fee of $100 (before GST) will be applied for cancellations made more than one working day before the event date. For cancellations made within one working day of the event date, a 50% fee based on the invoice amount will be charged. Unfortunately, no refunds will be given for cancellations made on the event date.

Cancellations within 1 working day of event date will incur a 50% fee based on the invoice amount.
There will be no refunds given if cancellation is made on event date.

To secure your order, we require a prepayment to be made no later than three days before the event date.

Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made on the event date. However, you may receive a partial refund if you cancel your order more than one working day before the event date, subject to the cancellation fee mentioned above.
